We are located at 2600 Main Street in Miles City, Montana. Our office is at the intersection of
Main Street and Sewell Street. We moved to this location in December of 2008.
Our office is designed for future expansion with a goal of providing space for specialists such as
oral surgeons, periodontists, endodontists, and orthodontists.

miss school, and to accommodate patients who are unable to visit us during weekdays.
